A gathering of men in the Prince Rupert beforehand for the Men gig, appropriately enough... and, also appropriately, the band were in the pub as well! Had a couple of jars so missed part of the support band's set, which was a shame as what I caught was quite good really.
Down the front and in the melee for The Men They Couldn't Hang - the only way to enjoy this band really! Got heavily sweaty to another fine performance from the Men and their distinctive politicised rabble-rousing folk punk rock stuff. The frenzied "Ironmasters" was an excellent encore, capping another great Men They Couldn't Hang evening!
